Parents, players, and coaches,

Returning this summer to Southern Ontario is the newest ringette camp, PEAK, developed and taught by the Nosal sisters. The goal of this camp is to help players achieve their ringette aspirations by bringing a new technique of instruction that teaches the players game sense as well as technical performance.

We, the Nosal sisters, have all competed at the international level and have won world championships in ringette.  We hope to use our experience and acquired knowledge from competing at this level to help these girls develop their skills in the sport of ringette.  This is also a great opportunity for the girls to build lasting friendships with other players in the sport!

We will be offering three age groups at each of our regular camps - U9/U10, U12, and U14/16 - to all ability levels.  Each group will have instructional ice sessions and scrimmages, as well as off-ice fitness, interactive classroom strategy sessions, and various fun challenges and games.

We will also be holding our Summit camps for U16 and U19 A/AA players.  We have recently added a Junior Summit division for second year U12PP and U14 A/AA players.  The Summit division is for those who aspire to compete at the highest levels of ringette. These camps will include advanced drills and fitness and each participant will receive a fitness program to take home.  We hope to benefit both the development of players and the sport of ringette through this endeavour.

Our 2018 summer locations will include Stouffville, Kitchener-Waterloo (2 camps), Markham, St. Marys, and Dorchester.  Registration for all PEAK camps opened January 8, 2018 and spots are limited, as we guarantee smaller group sizes compared to other camps to ensure better individual instruction and more frequent participation in drills.

For more information and to reserve your spot as a PEAK player please visit our website, www.peakringette.com or contact us at [email protected]

Yours in Ringette,

The Nosal Sisters
Best regards,

Sam Nosal
