Refund Policy

All cheques are payable to "Markham Regional Ringette Association".  If your child is new to ringette, we require a photocopy of their birth certificate as per the Ringette Ontario registration process.  A non-refundable $70 administration/insurance charge will be retained once a player steps on the ice.

Regular Season (September - March)
If a player chooses to withdraw, refunds subject to the $70.00 charge will be considered upon written notification to the Registrar provided it is before Sep 30th for Provincial Teams and Oct 15th for Regional Teams & Bear Cubs.  Past this date, refunds will not be considered.

Spring/Summer programs (April - August)
If a player chooses to withdraw, refunds subject to the $70.00 charge will be considered upon written notification to the Registrar provided it is provided 31 days before the program start date.  Past this date, refunds will not be considered.
