Ages: 4-10 years old
What is Ringette?
Ringette is a fast-paced, team ice sport played on skates using a straight stick and a rubber ring. Designed for fun, teamwork, and skill development, ringette helps players build confidence, coordination, and friendships in a positive environment.
Participants should bring: CSA-approved hockey helmet, Skates Snow pants, Gloves or mittens. We will provide the sticks, rings & FUN!
Optional: hockey pants, shin pads, elbow pads, neck guard
No ringette experience needed — this trial is designed for beginners! Come out, try something new, and have fun on the ice!
