Giving Tuesday

Continuing our annual tradition, Markham Stouffville Ringette will be collecting a number of items this December to contribute to Holiday drives in Markham and Toronto.

We will be collecting:

  • Food, Pet Food & Personal Care Items - Non-perishable, unexpired food 
  • Toys - Unwrapped, new toys for those in need in the community - [Markham Fire and Emergency Services] 
  • Gift Cards, personal hygiene products for youth at Covenant House

Please bring items to the arena on Tuesday’s, Saturday’s or Sunday’s.  

Last day for donations is Tuesday, December 16.

Ideas and Items most needed:

Food Bank

Gift Cards
  • Canned vegetables,
  • Canned meat/fish,
  • Rice,
  • Cereal,
  • Baby food,
  • Pet food,
  • Towels and blankets for pets,
  • Toiletries,
  • Feminine hygiene products,
  • Cold-weather clothing (coats, gloves, scarves, etc.)
  • Fast food restaurants: Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks, Harvey’s, etc.
  • Retailers: Shopper’s Drug Mart, Rexall, Indigo, Winners, Marshalls, Sport Check
  • Gift Cards in $5, $10, $20, and $25 denominations, Pre-Paid Presto Cards
